Because labels should be readable without a chemistry degree 😅

We get it — flipping over a snack pack and seeing 20+ ingredients (half of which sound like science experiments) can be confusing and kinda scary 🧪😬

So at Millet ’n’ Minutes, we keep it real. Literally.

Our ingredient list is short, clean, and made of things your grandma would recognize 👵🍪

What’s IN our snacks:

🥜 Nuts & Seeds – Like almonds, peanuts & sesame: for crunch, healthy fats & protein.

🌾 Millets – Locally sourced, non-GMO, and rich in fiber & iron.

🍯 Jaggery – Our natural sweetener of choice. No refined sugar, no crashing.

🧂 Rock Salt & Spices – For natural flavor (not artificial enhancers).

What’s NOT in our snacks:

🚫 No Preservatives – We’d rather stay fresh the natural way.

🚫 No Refined Sugar – We’re sweet, but not shady.

🚫 No Artificial Flavors or Colors – You won’t find “INS 322” or “E102” here.

🚫 No Palm Oil – Because your health (and the planet) deserves better.

🚫 No Sneaky Additives – Just straight-up real food.

🥰 Simple snacks. Honest ingredients.

We don’t believe in “healthy-looking” snacks that secretly cheat the label.

What you see is what you bite into — delicious, clean, and thoughtfully sourced.
